Bend It Like Barbie

Wednesday 7:00pm - 7.45pm

Flexibility is key when it comes to aerial fitness - so join us in putting barbie to shame and build on improving those back arches and shoulder flexibility! Stretches will help increase your back flexibility, splits flexibility, and will leave your body feeling stretched and flexed! 
Perfect for all our aerialists and Polers, especially any of you who are working towards those more tricky moves. This class is also suitable for anyone just looking to feel more supple and improve their range of motion. We will work through a variety of different types of stretching and strengthening moves and actions, Including: partner work, active flexibility and PNF stretches.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Hammock

Intermediate 6pm - 7pm
Beginner 7pm - 8pm

Disciplines of yoga, pilates, callisthenics and aerial acrobatics, using a suspended hammock. Suspension training enables you to stretch deeper than traditional forms of yoga, all while providing a full body work out.

During class we start with traditional gentle yoga asanas incorporating the aerial hammock.

We then spend most the second half of the class work on suspended moves and short aerial yoga flows.

We advise that you wear long clothing for this such as leggings and a long sleeve top.We also suggest bringing layers due the compression that you may experience from the hammock.

Fusion Flow Yoga

Tuesday 7pm - 8pm

Originating in Rishikesh, Northern India; yoga fusion will help you connect with your breath and movement, through creative flow sequences. These sequences challenge and exercise both your body and mind. Firstly, we begin fusion yoga with Hatha sun salutations, working through traditional asanas holding and perfecting our poses, before entering into a flow. 
This improves overall strength and creates flexibility; starting from strong foundations and exploring how to embody postures in ways that work for you.
